I decided to create a blog because I have found that over the past couple of months there has been a lot of choatic and negative energy floating around myself and others. My hope is that through my ramblings, not only do I find some reprieve from the negative thinking, the negative feelings, but also others can find a space to relate and feel uplifted. This is also meant to be a space to get ideas on how to connect with your own intuition and spirit guides. I am very grateful that my Guides do come through, even if loud at times. I do believe everyone has the ability to connect with their own guides, ancestors, gods, angels, spirits, fairies… you name it! However it can be hard to hear them, and more importantly, trust the answers we are being given.
This blog space is somewhere that I feel called to and feel the need to share what I have experienced and to offer some ideas to help others. Not everyone has the opportunity to have a reading, so this is my way to offer support where I can… and hopefully in return, this information gets passed along to whomever may need it. So please share and keep the positive vibes going! 🙂 I find some of the information I share during personal readings can be beneficial to others, like communicating with your spirit guides, or connecting with loved ones that have passed on, as well as protective prayers, positive affirmations and even relationship guidance. Therefore, the “spirituality” posts will be all over the map really. It’s more thoughts being put into writing and anyone who feels called to read it will hopefully find something useful in those posts.
When it comes to the posts I share around anxiety… those ones stemmed from a previous blog /journal I had created when I was first learning about my spiritual gifts and the anxieties that came daily due to going on disability. I dedicate that section to those who experience anxiety and those who want to learn more about it. This gives my anxiety purpose outside of the fear it brings with it. If what I share helps another through a tough time, then the experiences I’ve been through are (somewhat) worth it. I hope this helps. Please remember we all could use a little extra help sometimes, so seek professional advice if feeling overwhelmed.
Anything I share in my writings is not meant to be taken as the “be all, end all” for suggestions, advice or support. It is merely meant as a stepping stone. A place to spark curiosity and then allow yourself to go down whichever rabbit hole you feel called to so you can learn more about your own spiritual beliefs and understandings with anxiety. I wish for everyone that comes to my website to find a little piece of themselves (maybe even a friend or family member) in these writings so you know you’re not alone… because after all, we are all just trying to have a human experience, so might as well try and make it a positive one! 🙂
